
India MEA Statement: At least 31 people were killed and more than 170 injured in a blast outside a Shia mosque in Imamberg in Islamabad's Tarlai area today (February 6, 2026). Police officials described the blast as a suicide attack. However, soon after the attack, Pakistan's Defense Minister Khawaja Asif blamed India and Afghanistan without any evidence. Now India has given an official response to Pakistan's allegations in this matter.
