
India-US Trade Deal: On 7th February 2026, a historic Interim Trade Agreement between India and the United States has been outlined. At the same time, US President Donald Trump has also withdrawn his executive order imposing 25 per cent additional tariffs on India for buying Russian oil. The executive order, signed by Trump, clearly states that India has committed to stop importing oil directly or indirectly from Russia.
