He accused the US and Israel of targeting civilian infrastructure such as bridges, schools and power plants in Iran, calling such actions a clear example of a crime against humanity. He said, ' It is unfortunate that they are beating war, threats and catastrophe louder and louder every day, while international institutions sit silently and perhaps even complicit in this aggression," he said.
