A fire broke out in Ahmedabad's Juhapura area last night (April 4). A moped (bike) parked right next to the BRTS cabin near Juhapura crossroads suddenly caught fire due to unknown reasons. A bike caught fire near the BRTS cabin near Juhapura crossroads. Within a few minutes of the fire in the bike, the fire took a terrible form and the bike was completely gutted. The BRTS cabin was also damaged due to the fire in the bike. Crowds of people had gathered as it was a busy area like a crossroads. Fortunately, there were no reports of any casualties in the incident, but the fire broke out near the BRTS cabin and created an atmosphere of fear for some time. The fire brigade team received a message that there was a gas leakage around one am near the Hanuman temple on VIP Road in the Bopal area of the city. People sleeping in the house at night smelled of gas leakage. Following this, the fire brigade team reached the spot and also informed the officials of the gas company, so that they also reached the spot. The smell of gas created panic among the people in the vicinity. However, the fire team and the gas company personnel reached the spot so that there were no casualties.
