US President Donald Trump has said that he is ready to meet with Iran's Supreme Leader Mujtaba Khamenei if an agreement is reached between the United States and Iran. Speaking to reporters at the White House, Trump said, "I don't want to meet, but if I do, I'll be proud." If a deal is done, a meeting is possible. I wouldn't mind that. Trump also said that any potential meeting would be respectful. In addition, Trump said his government had considered sending troops to acquire enriched uranium from Iran, but the plan was eventually scrapped.
