Due to this heavy rain, water was flowing in the village. The streets of the village were as if they were a river. It rained all over Kutch at night. In eastern Kachchh, Gedi, Sai of Rapar, Sukhpar, Mankuwa, Madhapar, Deshalpar, Khavda, Kotda, Dhrobana, Gadhshisha of Mandvi, Rajpar, Padampar, Nirona of Nakhtrana, Natharkui, Madhapar, Sukhpar Roha, Rata Lake of Abdasa taluka, Pragapar of Mundra taluka, Pragapar, Deshalpar Kanthi, Viraniya of Mundra taluka. However, due to the calm rain, the problem of power outage did not come to the fore. In Bhuj, it continued to rain even at 12.30 a.m. when it was written from evening to night. By nightfall, 2 inches of rain had fallen in the form of a drizzle. As a result, all the areas were flooded and the gutters overflowed. Potholes on the roads were flooded, especially at night. A large number of motorists barely survived as road lights were switched off near Smritivan and at many places in Madhapar.
