Karelibagh Culture and Sport Association in Vadodara performed aarti of Mataji with 25,000 lamps at the Garba Festival organized by The Karelibagh Culture and Sport Association on the eighth day of Navratri Festival. The audience, including young men and women playing garba in the Maha Aarti, also participated in the Mahaaarti with devotion.
For the twelve years in a row, the Maha Aarti of 25,000 divas was organized by the KSCA organization, which has been organizing the Garba Festival at one place from the last 30 years. Vadodara MPs, MLAs, mayors as well as BJP office-bearers were present in this Maha aarti and received blessings by offering prayers to Mataji. He greeted the people of the city on the occasion of Navratri.
During Navratri, the worshippers of Shakti worship Shakti through Garba by observing a nine-day fast. Therefore, girls are worshiped on the day of Durgashtami and Mahanavami on Navratri. Girls are the form of Mother Durga. At that time, in the traditional Navratri celebrations at Bhavnagar Kaliabid Sadguru Ashram, 151 kuwarika girls took the form of Chausath Jogni. Seeing the form of this kuwarika, it was felt that the vision of Adyashakti was being witnessed in me and Navratri was celebrated by worshiping the feet of kuwarika, who took all the adyashakti forms by Mahant Shri.
