No parking zone on the route corresponding to Tazia's julus

A notification regarding no parking and traffic diversion has been issued by the city police commissioner in view of the procession of Tazia on the festival of Muharram in Vadodara.

 Ta. From 8 p.m. on the 5th, after isha prayers on the night of martyrdom and slaughter, the organizers will take out processions in their area and return to Imamwada on the designated route. On the next day, after the afternoon prayers on the sixth day, the festival will end by cooling the procession of Tazia by performing rituals at Sarasiya Lake, Boria Lake, Bare Imam Mosque and whatever religious place from the designated  route. On the sixth day from 12 noon till the tazia cools down, on both sides of the road from Panigate Darwaza to Mandvi, from the small vegetable market to Chokhandi to Gendigate Gate to Mandvi, from Laheripura Darwaza to Mandvi, from Kumbharwada Police Station to Mandvi, from Salatwada to Fatepura Char Rasta, from Adaniya Bridge to Sarasia Lake. Traffic on the Tazia  route has also been diverted.
