Vadodara: A 55-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly raping a woman in a vegetable market in Karjan Nawabazar area of Vadodara for two months.
According to the information received, Sharif Ibrahim Patel, a resident of Santosh Nagar in Jalaramnagar, works at a trader in the vegetable market. When a 35-year-old woman came to the vegetable shop to buy vegetables, Sharif Patel used to entangle the woman. The woman was a little mentally disturbed and was not even married, taking advantage of this, Sharif Patel took the woman to a room behind the vegetable market and raped her.
