Vadodara: A man who decided to buy a plot of Dream City Rio Club for Rs 1.5 crore swindled Rs 1.16 lakh from the plot owner on the pretext of preparing the necessary documents for legal proceedings to document the sale of the plot.
Brij Bhushan Sachchidananda Choubey, a resident of Chhani Jakatnaka Veda-2 Society, Pratapnagar DRM. He works as a chief office superintendent in the medical department at the office.
