
Major deals signed between India and Malaysia: In the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Malaysian counterpart Anwar Ibrahim, six important agreements were signed between India and Malaysia. During the bilateral talks held in Kuala Lumpur, the two countries agreed to further deepen cultural, economic and strategic cooperation.
PM Modi is currently on a visit to Malaysia.
The two leaders held extensive discussions during Prime Minister Modi's two-day visit to Malaysia. According to the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), this visit will be an important milestone in furthering the India-Malaysia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
