Vadodara: The Vadodara police are investigating the involvement of three bootleggers , who were released on bail, in connection with a container loaded with foreign liquor worth Rs 20.59 lakh.
On the basis of information that a container of foreign liquor was parked in an open space on the road from Tarsali to Jambua on National Highway No. 48, the driver fled the spot. The police found 11,628 bottles of liquor worth Rs 20.59 lakh. The police are investigating on the suspicion that such a huge quantity of liquor belonged to three bootleggers, Mehul, Dardi and Atish, who are out on bail.
