Protest against illegal mining in Poshina taluka: Mines and minerals seize vehicle

Anger has erupted among the local people over the illegal mining and transportation of illegal mines and minerals in Poshina taluka. The vehicle was seized by the Mines and Minerals Department after a complaint was lodged by a member of the district panchayat in this matter. In this serious matter, district member Mukesh Dabhi said that the natural wealth of the tribal area will not be allowed to be looted by anyone. Earlier too, he had made representations against the mineral mafia. Recently, the mining department has seized the vehicles in the police station and initiated the process of fine. In this regard, Mukesh Dabhi made an official complaint to the concerned Mines and Minerals Department, Mamlatdar as well as Collector in telephonic and written. In which there should be a thorough investigation of illegal leases, strict punitive action against overloaded vehicles and immediate action against those responsible.
