Vadodara, the then Mamlatdar of Nandod in Rajpipla had cancelled the earlier cancelled land records without verification. In which the government was harmed by the willholder and the land buyer.
The then Mamlatdar of Nandod, R.B. Pakhawala was arrested and remanded by CID Crime Gandhinagar. The case was remanded on the basis of a petition filed by a third party in 2008 in the dispute that dates back to 1989.
