Vadodara, Nov 8 (IANS) A mother and daughter, who live in a society in Warasia area of Vadodara city, went to a relative's house to play with dust and in just three and a half hours in the evening, the thief snatched jewellery and cash from the house. Police suspect that the girl's school friend may have stolen it.
In her complaint lodged at the Warasia police station, Payal Santosh Vastekar, a resident of Mira Society in Warasia area, said, "I work as a housekeeper and my husband runs a hotel named Chula Dosa near Sangam crossroads. My husband was at the hotel as it was Dhuleti on the 4th and my daughter Hiya and I had gone to my pier in Pratapnagar at 6 pm to play Dhuleti.
