Slovakia's National Security Adviser (NSA) Miroslav Lychak has resigned from his post after 30 lakh new files related to Jeffrey Epstein were revealed. He took the move after new files related to Epstein revealed that he and Epstein exchanged emails purportedly about young women

Lychak told why he resigned from the post?

Miroslav Lychak said, ' I have not been involved in any criminal or immoral activity in any of my actions, but I do not want Slovakian Prime Minister Fico to pay a political price for anything that has nothing to do with his policies or decisions," he said.

Slovakia's PM posted on Facebook

Prime Minister Robert Fico shared a video post on the social media platform Facebook on Saturday (January 31, 2026) saying that he has accepted the resignation of National Security Advisor Miroslav Lyachk. He described Lychak as a great source of experience in the field of diplomacy and foreign policy.
