Unique protest by beating drum drums at Saurashtra University: Delayed results of exams, supplementary examination of students after 2010, ABVP demands to make library functional

Activists of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) made a unique presentation on the issues of students at Saurashtra University today. An attempt was made to open the ears of the university authorities by playing drums and drums. The results of the examination have not been announced for a long time in the questions of the students, the examination date has not been announced even though 8 months have passed since the supplementary examination forms of the students after 2010, the examination fee of the students of the pharmacy building should be reduced to Rs 1600 and the work of the new library has been completed for a long time. The application was submitted to Utpal Joshi. Dharam Sodhia, president of Saurashtra University of ABVP, said that despite representations made by the student council for a long time, some issues have not been resolved which are as follows. 1. Despite repeated submissions for 6 months in a row, the results of many disciplines have not been declared (B.Com. SEM-2 April 25) 2. The date of the examination has not been announced even though 8 months have passed since the supplementary examination forms of the students after 2010 were filled. 3. At present, the university of city buses takes a break in the afternoon, due to the unruly behavior of the employees of the city buses, the atmosphere of the university is disturbed, so such a break should be kept out of the university. 4. The students of the pharmacy building are charged an approximate fee of Rs. 1600 for the examination form, which is very high compared to others, which should be reviewed and reduced. 5. There is only one general toilet on the university campus. Due to this, the student brothers and sisters have to suffer a lot. The condition of the general toilet is also very bad, despite repeated representations, there is no improvement in the matter. 6. The work on the new library building has been completed for a long time to be opened for use by the students. 7. Students should be given an opportunity to re-evaluate more than 2 subjects as the result of M.A. English Sem-4 April - 2025 has not been properly verified. Regarding these submissions, the Vice-Chancellor Dr. Utpal Joshi said that the results of the examinations will be announced on time, if the supplementary examination dates for students after 2010 will be announced, then there is a policy decision to reduce the fees of pharmacy students. If the fee hike is unreasonable, a decision will be taken in this regard. At the same time, the fire in the new library will be made operational as soon as the NOC is received. A tender has been floated for the purchase of fire extinguishers.
