A WhatsApp group named Savli Nagar BJP has gone viral on social media, alleging that the corporators of the municipality have adopted a contractor and a municipal employee.

In the BJP Savli Nagar group, the allegations about the functioning of the municipality have gone viral, which has sparked a debate in political circles. In the viral messages, it has been alleged that most of the corporators of the municipality are like Shobha's knots. At the same time, Nirav and contractor Rupesh Savli run the town. Such accusatory messages have also come to light. In it, it has been mentioned that Nirav Shah works in the municipality and Rupesh is a contractor of the municipality. It has also been sarcastically that the municipality has adopted both of them.

This discussion about the functioning and responsibilities of the municipality in the ruling party group has brought heat to the political atmosphere of Savli. However, the allegations made in the viral messages have not been officially confirmed. While in the Savli BJP group, the BJP workers have been subjected to sarcasm and allegations against the elected wing of the BJP. However, Savli city president Rachit Shah said, "I have not noticed that I am busy with Janmashtami. But if there is a problem by investigating the matter, then action will be taken as per the rules if any worker has made such a post

When asked about Vadodara district Congress general secretary and former Leader of Opposition in Savli municipality, Hasubhai Patel, he said, "So far, we have been opposing this issue. But now it is the BJP workers who are arguing that the corporators are like Shobha knots. If the contractor and employee of the municipality run the municipality, then it has proved to be true. The BJP has been ruling the municipality for 20 years. But it has not been able to provide basic facilities to the people of the city.
