Nepal’s Gen Z faction led by Sudan Gurung staged a midnight protest outside Prime Minister Sushila Karki’s official residence in Baluwatar on Sunday night (September 14), demanding Karki’s resignation over what they called an arbitrary cabinet formation, singling out Om Prakash (Omprakash) Aryal’s selection as Home Minister, according to top sources in the country.Members of the group gathered outside the prime minister’s official residence in Baluwatar, chanting slogans against the appointment of Aryal. They questioned why “someone who came as a facilitator" was chosen for the key post.
