Xiaomi 17 will be launched as a compact option. It will get a 6.3-inch AMOLED display, which will support a peak brightness of 3,500 nits and a refresh rate of 120Hz. It will weigh 191 grams and will come with an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance. Talking about the Xiaomi 17 Ultra, it will be a big and camera-focused phone. It will launch with a 6.9-inch LTPO AMOLED screen. It will weigh 219 grams and also has an IP68 rating.

Xiaomi 17 and Xiaomi 17 Ultra will be powered by Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. Xiaomi 17 will only launch with a single configuration (12GB+256GB). It will get a 6,000mAH battery, which will support 90W wired and 50W wireless charging. The 17 Ultra will have a 6,330mAh battery, which will come with 100W wired charging support.

camera setup will be powerful

Xiaomi 17 will have a Leica-powered triple camera setup. It will get a 50MP ultra-wide lens with a 50MP primary sensor and a 50MP telephoto lens. Similarly, the Ultra model will have a 50MP primary lens, a 50MP ultra-wide and a 200MP periscope telephoto sensor.

How much can it cost?

In India, Xiaomi 17 will be brought in black, blue, and green color options, while there will also be a pink variant for the global market. The Ultra model will be launched in black color option only. In the Global Market Xiaomi 17 has been launched at a starting price of around Rs 1.07 lakh and 17 Ultra at a starting price of around Rs 1.61 lakh. The prices of both models in India will be announced on March 11.
