As per the updated counting result of votes for 2024 Vadodara Lok Sabha BJP’s Dr. Hemang Joshi has claims a clear victory, defeated Mr. Padhiyar Mahendra of INC by 582126 votes, with a total of 873189 (72.04%) votes. In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the Vadodara seat was won by BJP candidate Ranjanben Bhatt defeated Prashant Patel (Tiko) of INC by 589177 votes, with a total of 883719 (72.3%) votes.
