Harassed over unpaid EMI, delivery executive ends life in Gujarat; 2 booked

A 36-year-old delivery executive allegedly took his life by jumping into the Narmada canal after facing relentless harassment from loan recovery agents over a missed home loan EMI. His family's complaint to Adalaj police led to a case of abetment to suicide being registered against two named agents. A note found on his abandoned scooter reportedly blamed the agents for his distress.
