While shooting 'Yes Boss' in 1997, Shah Rukh Khan conceived the dream of owning Mannat, which he ultimately acquired in 2001 for over thirteen crore rupees. Struggling with expenses for its design and decor, Gauri Khan embraced the challenge and became the interior designer. Originally named Villa Vienna, Mannat is now an iconic property worth an estimated two hundred crore.
