India is at the fourth position in the medal table. China is at the top with 341 medals, including 169 gold, followed by Japan with 83 gold and a total of 269 medals. South Korea is third with 150 medals, including 39 gold. India is followed by Uzbekistan with 21 gold and a total of 70 medals.

Pranavi excelled in the Women's Individual Stroke Play event, finishing first with a score of 15 under par to clinch the Gold Medal for the country.
Aman Sehrawat (wrestling)
Aman Sehrawat won India's second gold medal in wrestling by defeating a North Korean wrestler in a thrilling encounter in the men's freestyle 57kg category<>
Men's hockey team (hockey)
Indian men's team won second consecutive gold medal in the Asian Games, defeating Malaysia 5-1 in the final. With this, India created a historic record of winning gold for both men's and women's teams in the same edition
Indian men's cricket team (cricket)
Indian cricket team won the gold medal with pride by defeating arch-rivals Pakistan by 19 runs in the final. India won the toss and elected to bat first, scoring 211 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs. In reply, Pakistan could only score 192 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs.
