After the loan on the car was waived, he decided to give the car to his brother-in-law Bhemaji and give Rs 20 lakh to Mahesh Thakor from the money received from the insurance policy. According to the plan, the body was to be removed from the crematorium in Dhelana village on December 22. At the behest of Dalpat Singh, at 10 pm, his accomplices Mahesh Thakor, Bhemaji Rajput, Sendhaji Thakor, Deva Gamar and Suresh Bombadia reached the crematorium with Dalpat Singh's estimate car. All of them took out the body of Ramesh Solanki from the crematorium in the middle of the night. The body was taken out, but now a new problem was standing in front of everyone. The body had withered away, so if it was burnt and put in the car, the plan would be exposed. So everyone decided to kill a living person and put his body in the car and burn it. Thus, the task of removing the body from the crematorium fell on them. The dilemma in front of everyone was how to dispose of the body now. They were not ready to bury the body back in the crematorium. In fear and panic, these people came to Bhemaji's field in Ghodiyal village with the body in a team car. They kept the body in the field the whole night. The next day, i.e. on December 23, at 11 am, the body was burnt and disposed of. Now they needed someone else's body to carry out the whole conspiracy. After thinking for two days, Dalpat Singh's attention fell on Revabhai Gameti, who had been working at his hotel for 2 years. Revabhai lived in Virampur village of Amirgarh taluka. Dalpat Singh thought that he was a working class man, so if he was killed and the body was burnt, there would not be much uproar, the matter would be suppressed. On December 26, both Dalpat Singh and Mahesh Thakor went to Virampur with a team car and brought Revabhai to Jalotra village in the car saying that there was work at a hotel. Around 7 pm, the accused including Dalpat Singh's brother-in-law Bhimaji Rajput, Sendhaji, Jigar Hirabhai Thakor and Jigar Pratapbhai Thakor arrived. Mahesh Thakor explained the whole plan to two youths with the same name i.e. Jigar and lured them with a total of Rs 10 lakh at Rs 5 lakh each. Knowing that they would get money, these two youths agreed to join the conspiracy of Dalpat Singh. Mahesh sat in the driver's seat of the car. Bhemaji Rajput sat next to him. When Revabhai was seated in the middle of the back seat and Sendhaji and Jigar were seated around him. The main conspirator Dalpat Singh did not sit together in the car. He took the bike and left for his hotel. Before leaving, he gave a rope to his brother-in-law Bhemaji and asked him to kill Revabhai by strangling him with it. After Dalpat Singh left, Mahesh drove the car towards Ghodiyal village. Unaware that his death was going to take place in a short time, Revabhai was dreaming of getting the money as a labor and earning some income in the house. On the way, the accused got a chance to execute their plan between Chhaniyana-Vansol village. Here Mahesh suddenly stopped the car. Before Revabhai could understand anything, Bhemaji gave the rope he had to Sendhaji and Jigar who were sitting in the back seat. The three of them together strangled Revabhai to death. The five accused took Revabhai's body to Dalpat Singh's Kedarnath Hotel. Here was to be the culmination of cruelty. Revabhai's body was taken to the back room of the hotel. There Dalpat Singh and his brother-in-law Bhimaji together set his face on the stove and burnt it. Their intention was to do this so that if the mouth was burnt, it could not be identified. After burning the face, everyone put Revabhai's body back in the steam car and left at 11:30 pm. The car was parked near Mamaji's temple near Dhanpura village. Revabhai's body was taken out from it and placed on the driver's seat. Dalpat Singh sprinkled diesel on the car and set it on fire. As the saying goes, the one who digs a pit falls, something similar happened to Dalpat Singh. He himself got burnt in the leg while setting the car on fire. However, he deliberately kept the signature of the car's number plate safe so that the car owner could be easily identified during the police investigation. Now the police investigated Revabhai's family for cross-verification. It was revealed that Revabhai's wife Hansaben had reported her husband missing to the Amirgarh police station on the 26th. Thus, it was decided that the half-burnt body that was found in the burnt car belonged to Revabhai. Dalpat Singh confessed to the police that he had made the whole plan after watching the crime show on TV. In this case, the police arrested all the accused one by one and handed them over to jail. While the case was going on, Dalpat Singh had filed a bail application in the court on the issue of illness. The court showed humanity and released Dalpat Singh on bail.
