The demand for rent and housing was raised. For the past nine years, the Sanjaynagar slum in the Warasia area has been demolished and the task of constructing the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana was entrusted to a private builder named Sai Infra.
It has been more than nine years since the Sanjay Nagar slum on the Harni Warasia Ring Road was demolished. The Vadodara Municipal Corporation had signed an agreement to construct houses to a private builder in 36 months, but today even after nine years, the house has not been found.
