Varun Dhawan is busy promoting his film 'Hai Jawaani Toh Ishq Hona Hai' these days. The film is slated to hit the theatres on June 5. It is directed by his father David Dhawan. The film also stars Pooja Hegde, Mrunal Thakur and Manish Paul in pivotal roles. The film has been made as a family entertainer, in which the old comedy style of David Dhawan will be seen. Producer Vashu Bhagnani's company Pooja Entertainment has approached the Bombay High Court. He has filed a case against Tips Industries Limited, Ramesh Taurani, Kumar S Taurani and director David Dhawan. The controversy is over the use of the famous song 'Chunari Chunari' from the 1999 film 'Biwi No. 1'. It is alleged that the song has been used in the new film without permission.
