Vadodara: Idols will be immersed in seven lakes in different areas of the city as they are about to leave in the dasa which has been among the devotees for ten days, for which traffic has been diverted around the lakes as well as on its route.
Thousands of small and big idols of Dasama have been installed, which has created an atmosphere of devotion.
Top officials, including the city police commissioner, inspected the arrangements at seven different lakes as the immersion was scheduled to begin from tonight.
