Vadodara: A teenage girl has filed a petition seeking permission to commit suicide as the police have not registered a case against her for sexual harassment.
"When I was 16 years old, I got engaged to a youth from my caste three years ago. It was decided to get married when I turned 18. The young man's family refused to marry me when I turned 18. During the engagement, the young man tried to have a physical relationship with me, but I refused and beat him up and threatened to break the engagement and in the society.
