New circular for Head Teacher: The Education Department of the Government of Gujarat has issued a new important circular to further strengthen and streamline the administration of government primary schools in the state. Earlier on January 17, the circular issued for handing over the charge of the headmaster had some administrative shortcomings and discrepancies. In order to rectify these errors immediately, the old circular has been repealed and completely new rules and regulations have been implemented. Especially in schools where the HTAT (Head Teacher Aptitude Test) pass is not approved by the headmaster, clear guidelines have been given in this new circular on how to perform administrative work.
