ACPDC releases first merit list for admission in second year engineering: 2518 students admitted for admission in second year of degree engineering, admission process begins for more than 40,000 seats

The Admission Committee for Professional Diploma Courses has released the first merit list for admission to the second year of engineering. The admissions committee for admission to degree engineering in the second straight year after diploma engineering has released the provisional merit list for the admission year 2026-27. The online registration process was held from April 17 to April 30, after which the merit has now been declared for the candidates. Provisional merit list published by ACPDC The admission process is being conducted in a total of 40,687 seats, including 31 government seats, 5 aided and 154 self-sustaining PPP based institutions and another 32,922 seats. ACPDC has published provisional merit list, in which the merit marks of the first candidate are 300. Out of the total 2646 students who have registered, 2518 students have been included in the merit list. As many as 128 students were not included among the students who registered for the provisional merit due to insufficient documents. Out of 2008 students who registered for the admission process last year 2025-2026, 1904 students have been included in the merit list. So this year there are 1514 more students than last year. Forms can be filled till 12 noon on the 19th Last year also, 104 students were not included in the provisional merit list and if there is any discrepancy in the provisional merit list released by the Admission Committee for Professional Diploma Courses, they will be able to fill the form till 12 noon on the 19th. The results of the mock round will also be announced on the 18th.
