Happy 75th Independence Day of India: Indian leaders provide opportunities to trustworthy puppets compared to skillful knowledgeable leaders

India is celebrating its 75th Independence Day on August 15, 2021, with the usual pride to mark its freedom from British rule. On August 15, 1947, India got its freedom, ending an almost 200-year British rule. 74 years of Independence still India is a developing country, why?

It is a topic to debate or discuss because multiple countries in the world receive independence after India still they became a developed nation in three to four decades. India is a country having ample of natural resources and human resources still developing country because Indian political leaders and system supported trustworthy puppets from the year 1960 onwards. The recruitment of bureaucrats, Universities’ vice chancellors, Governors of the respective states, etc., decided by the ruling party based on the trustworthiness of the Individual rather than knowledge, skills, principles, ethics, value and morality. The ruling government always prefers trustworthy party supporter as a representative of the government where state government or central government required to post or select the individual.

The country of 1.3 billion citizens, not able to produce 100 sports person who is able to win at least 100 Medals in the world event like Olympic. The current government is happy with 7 medals in Olympic 2020 while the USA won 113 medals and China won 88 medals. The ruling government never understands the importance of knowledgeable and skillful individual compared to trustworthy puppets. The maximum sports association run by the political leaders and importance never given to the quality process required to establish to produce quality sports individuals at the world level. The selection committees decided based on power combination to rule the association rather than promoting sports at village level. The selection of the player is better than quality coaches are not available. The fund is not a problem to win more medal in the world event key is to promote knowledgeable sports people to correct processes and establish a world class system to generate more athletes.

Request to the ruling government please support, recruit and promote a deserving candidate for the best future of India. The knowledgeable individual is not a puppet of anyone, he/she will do what is best for the nation. The development of society is possible when two or more individuals work to gather respecting the difference of opinions. The importance of values, ethics, life principles, and moral required to endorse from the childhood. The current education system only establishes self-esteem, corruption and competition while future India required to teach real world experience related to values, ethics, life principles, and morals before basic knowledge.
