Investigation reveals: 16-year-old Sanjana's surgeon forgot cotton in her abdomen, died after 3 months of pain after surgery

A 16-year-old girl lost her life after suffering pain for three months due to the negligence of the Harshal Hospital on the Waghodia-Dabhoi Ring Road. The infection spread in the student's body after the doctor forgot the cotton in her stomach during the operation of the water tumour, due to which she died. The family is a doctor. He has threatened to file a complaint against Vijay Kumar Singh. Hitendrasinh Vaghela's 16-year-old daughter Sanjana, a resident of Parthabhoomi Society in Makarpura, was taken to Harshal Hospital in October after she complained of abdominal pain. He underwent an operation on October 11 after he was diagnosed with a water lump in his abdomen. He was discharged at 9.30 am on October 14. She was later taken to the hospital at one and a half in the afternoon after she complained of pain. The family also agreed, saying that the doctor had removed the tumour so that the place was empty and he was in pain. However, Sanjana was admitted to the hospital again after she complained of unbearable pain. He was discharged on October 18 after treatment. On the day of Diwali, he was given an injection at midnight on the advice of a doctor despite the pain again. At 3.30 am, Sanjana was given medicine as per the doctor's advice as she felt pain again. After continuous treatment, she was taken to a hospital in Makarpura on October 27 after she complained of pain. The first diagnosis was that he had accumulated feces in his intestines. In the month of November, Sanjana was admitted to the hospital 5 times. Sanjana was admitted again on November 27 and underwent a CT scan. He underwent another operation on December 1 and an abnormal amount of cotton was removed from his abdomen. Even after that, his health did not improve. He died at the hospital at 6 pm on Monday and the Makarpura police were informed. Police shifted the body for post mortem. The family said they would lodge a complaint against Dr Vijay Kumar Singh, a doctor at Harshal Hospital. A 16-year-old girl died as a result of the negligence of the hospital. The doctor who contacted Harshal Hospital regarding the incident could not be contacted. Harshal Hospital's bill is yet to be paid Sanjana's father Hitendra Singh said, "I took Sanjana to a hospital in Makarpura to get better treatment. The doctor told me that the person who operated on Sanjana had been negligent, her intestines were rotten. He underwent treatment for a month and a half, yet the bill is yet to be paid. Suspicions about the tumor After the operation, the family was shown the tumour after 1 hour. Seeing the tumor, the family was suspicious as to how could there be such a big tumour in the stomach? There is no satisfactory answer to this question.
