Vadodara: A complaint has been lodged against a occupier for allegedly threatening and beating him up to vacate a land worth Rs 75 crore, weighing around 1.5 lakh feet in Vasna area.
Gopalbhai Mali, who lives near Nilambar Circle in Gotri, told the police, "The document of our family's land in Vasna village was in the name of the mother of Riyas Jayantibhai Patel (Yogin Flats, Suvarnapuri Society, Chikuwadi).
Meanwhile, Rias Patel threatened to vacate the possession of the land.
