As a result, more than 12,000 people in the villages of Nava Nagna, Old Nagna and Vibhapar have become unable to live, and it has become difficult to breathe due to the horrific filth and unbearable stench. They sat at the main entrance of the municipal building and did not allow the employees and officials to come out.
