iOS 26 public beta update comes before iPhone 17 launch, know what new features were found
iOS 26 Public Beta: Apple has already released the final public beta of iOS 26 ahead of the launch of its new flagship iPhone 17 series. This beta version comes just ahead of the Apple event on 9 September 2025. Now users around the world, including India, who have registered for the beta program can use this update on their iPhones.
Apple has skipped the version from iOS 19 to iOS 25 and launched iOS 26 directly. The company believes that this will make it easier for users to understand which iOS is the newest. This move makes Apple's strategy even more straightforward and transparent.
If you're signed up for the Apple Beta Program, the iOS 26 public beta is easy to download. To do this, you have to go to your iPhone's settings and follow this process:

Apple recommends that you back up your iPhone's data before installing the beta as there may be occasional bugs or data loss issues with the beta version.
