Regarding a possible deal with the United States, Iran has said that the two countries are closer than ever before to a deal. Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has urged the media to refrain from speculating about the terms of the agreement. Araghchi wrote on the social media platform X that the proposed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is in the closest stage so far. He said the media should not speculate on its terms until the deal is finalised. All information will be made public after completion of the agreement. Interestingly, US President Donald Trump also shared Araghchi's post. Trump has previously denied the alleged terms leaked to Iranian media and said they had nothing to do with the actual deal. 5 big updates from the last 24 hours...
