Kerala Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala on Sunday ordered an inquiry against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. The case is related to the suicide of Malaysian civil engineer Lee Si Bin. He was associated with the PATI-BEL consortium working on the upgradation of MC Road under the Kerala State Transport Project (KSTP). It is alleged that the engineer's suicide note also included the name of Gyanesh Kumar, who was the state PWD secretary at that time. The Kerala Home Department has summoned all the files related to the 2006 investigation. Cockroaches will come to Delhi on October 10, says Deepak CJP founder Abhijeet Deepke on October 2 said that if Gyanesh Kumar does not resign, cockroaches from all over the country will reach Delhi on October 10. Deepak wrote, "If the Delhi Police tries to stop us, where they will stop us, that will be our Jantar Mantar. Our agitation will be peaceful. We will follow the path shown by Mahatma Gandhi. Both the commissioners also raised 4 big questions 1. Changes in Form-6: Both of them questioned the need for information from new voters that their name was in the previous SIR list. Sandhu demanded its removal by calling it illegal. 2. Control of Voter Data: Both questioned why control of the voter database is increasing in Delhi and why the reach of the states is being limited. 3. 16 lakh appeals in Bengal: Sandhu asked who filed about 16 lakh appeals regarding the deleted names and with whose consent. 4. Goa voters: 97 voters who were found to be eligible in the investigation could not be included in the final list due to a software problem.
