According to the police, when the boy was returning home on October 27, the accused stopped him on the way and took him near a pond in Lenin Nagar. These people blindfolded him and put a helmet on his head. When the boy resisted and tried to remove the helmet, the accused tried to give him petrol. The video of the incident is going viral on social media. In it, one of the accused is seen taking out a bottle of petrol from the storage compartment of the scooter.
