Rakesh Kumar Patel, a councillor from the ruling BJP, took to the streets against the contractor 'Nagesh Corporation'. The councillor wrote a letter to the municipal commissioner alleging that the agency had recklessly used 17 government tractor-trolleys and 24 tripper vehicles of the municipality to turn them into scraps. With the closure of these government vehicles, the municipal corporation is losing rental revenue of around Rs 5 lakh per month. Not only this, the 4 tripper vehicles that were stopped due to the sin of the agency have to be repaired by the municipality at the expense of the government at the expense of the people.
