During the routine check, a luxury bus was seized, which was running in a different form on paper and something different on the road. A sleeper bus was intercepted during a checking conducted by the Mehsana RTO on the Mehsana highway. The details that came to light during the investigation of this luxury vehicle carrying passengers from Rajasthan to Ahmedabad were shocking. The owner had illegally affixed the number plate of the other car on the vehicle to avoid government tax. When the RTO inspector opened the bonnet of the bus and checked it, it was found that the engine number and chassis number of the bus did not match with the documents recorded in the government book.
