Vadodara: The Vadodara Urban Development Authority (VUDA) has a budget of around Rs 500 crore every year for the development of villages or areas on the outskirts of Vadodara.
It is worth mentioning that the development of Vadodara is increasing very fast and at the same time, large scale projects have been undertaken in the Wooda area besides the Vadodara Municipal Corporation limits. Apart from this, work on the largest ring road in the Vuda area has been going on for years, which has not been completed yet. Thus, although many development works are being carried out in the VUDA area, the most important post in VUDA i.e. the Chief Executive Authority (CEA) is always in charge.
