Vadodara Liquor Raid : In Vadodara, Manjusar police received information that foreign liquor was being cut in the open space in front of Mahindra Tractor's showroom on the road leading from Dumad to Cantonment. As a result, the police went to the spot and raided the accused and there was a stampede among the accused. But the police cordon and nabbed the ten accused.
The police busted the entire racket with the help of technical surveillance and informers. A total of 11,172 liquor bottles and beer cans were seized by the police.
