The court also noted that a 6070-page chargesheet has been filed in the Ahmedabad Rural Court against Kartik Patel, chairman of Khyati Hospital. In the chargesheet, 30 key witnesses and 7 witnesses have their statements before the magistrate. The accused, including Kartik Patel, have made huge financial gains by intimidating poor patients in the name of illness. In which it was submitted that they have been falsely implicated, they have no role in this case, they have not performed any operation, there is no evidence against them looking at the chargesheet, so the court should discharge them. 'Accused is the chairman of Khyati Multi Speciality Hospital' Public Prosecutor Vijay Barot told the court that Kartik Patel is the main accused in the case. The accused owns 50.98 per cent stake in Khyati Multi Speciality Hospital.
