Rashmi Bansal's column: Take some resolutions this year – which are small, but not false...

Leave yesterday's talks, yesterday's old things. We'll write a new story in the new year... I think like this every year. Ten days later, they leave. That's because you think of climbing a mountain, whereas today, walking four steps takes a breath away. So this year, take resolutions that are small, but not false. Every human being wants three kinds of happiness – the happiness of money, the happiness of the family and the happiness of health. So let's take a few small steps to make the journey of life a little more joyful. Money: 1. No EMI: Pledge not to take anything on installments this year. The EMI of the house is going on- Okay. But it is not necessary to take the latest model phone. The one who builds his personality on the strength of a brand is a hollow personality. Don't fall into this trap. 2. Real savings: There is only one thing in the world that you and Ambani have in the same amount – and that is time. Often, we waste our time trying to save a little money. You can earn more money, time won't come back. 3. If there is a problem, then the solution too: Suppose there is a shortage of money in the house - why not contribute a little? Even a tenth grader can earn something by taking tuition for the younger ones in the evening. The housewife can supply delicious food in her locality. Everybody has potential, give them a chance. Health: 1. Daily recharge: There should be an activity in your daily routine, which is just for your enjoyment. Yoga, exercise, meditation, dance and music, poetry – grab anything that captivates your mind. Just as we recharge the mobile, the recharge of the mind is also necessary. 2. Before going to bed: In the old days, when the caravan used to move, we used to rest in the inn at night. Give your caravan of worries a rest at night. Read Louise Hay's book 'You Can Heal Your Life', you will understand how negative emotions affect the body. 3. Hurry up dinner: Eat at 7, no excuses. This is a bit difficult but not impossible in today's office routine. Restraint on eating for 12-14 hours has become popular in the name of 'intermittent fasting'. Our grandmother used to do the same. Try it three days a week and you will see the difference. Family: 1. Be quiet: When you feel like using bitter words in a fight, take a deep breath. Write down your anger on paper. If you feel like saying it after two days, talk calmly and politely. If you deal with maturity, respect will increase. Will have an impact. 2. What you see sells: waking up on time, respecting elders, using mobile less – you want children to adopt such good habits. So first you have to do it all in front of them. Understand that they are offering a one-get-one-free offer - the salvation of the child, and the improvement of your own. 3. It is important to meet: In the hustle and bustle of life, friends, brothers, sisters, uncles and aunts: We maintain all the relationships on WhatsApp. But that's not enough. It's important to get face-to-face. It's important to share your heart. Don't think that they will call first or you. Otherwise, you will be cursed with loneliness. Easy to say, hard to do. Try not to be foolish. It's a new year, new hopes - write a new story. (These are the author's own views)
