Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has appealed to seers of Haridwar to spread awareness about One Nation, One Election (ONOE). Singh, who has repeatedly spoken in favour of One Nation, One Election, described frequent elections as a hindrance to development. Appealing to saints in Haridwar, he said that One Nation, One Election is essential for a developed India.
