Bhutia demolition in Nasirnagar in the central zone of Surat has now become a noose for the local administration and rulers. The gentleman whom you are hearing saying that the corporation has no hand in the demolition is the Chief Engineer of the Central Zone, Jayang Ramjiwala. Watch the video of the officer bragging for not being present during the demolition. Scenes have also surfaced of Jayang Ramjiwala supervising the demolition with a handkerchief tied on his head.
