VADODARA: A dispute has erupted over the land of a tensile steel company in Manjalpur area of Vadodara, which owns 10 lakh feet of land worth about Rs 300 crore. The Crime Branch has registered a case against the former director of the company for violating the High Court order by forging a bogus lease deed and handing over the company to a builder in Ahmedabad.
Sanjay Patel, a resident of Patel Khadki in the city's Jambua area, told the police that in May 2024, Amit Mukeshbhai Shah (director of PHC and Padmavati Buildcon) and Bhavesh Amin, directors of Manjalpur-based Tensile Steel Company, approached him and presented him with a beautiful picture of the company's land. Shareholders received payments and other liabilities of Rs.
