Vadodara: On the one hand, liquor worth lakhs of rupees is being caught in Vadodara, but cases of liquor being easily available are coming to light.
Vikas Tikaram Thapa (30), a youth from Nepal, was nabbed by the Harni police two days ago after he came to know that he had consumed a drink in a house at Karelibagh Jalaramnagar colony yesterday morning.
