Did 'Toxic' pass or fail in the Monday test? Know - 6th day collection

'Toxic' was one of the much-awaited films of this year. After several delays, the film, starring Yash in the lead role and directed by Geetu Mohandas, was released in theatres last Wednesday i.e. August 26 amid high expectations from fans.

The response of the people to the film was mostly negative. Fans were disappointed with its absurd story and too much violence. Although it started tremendously, its earnings have been falling every day since then. Here's how much the film earned on the sixth day of its release i.e. on the first Monday.

'toxic' earn on the 6th day?
Yash's film achieved the second biggest opening in the history of Kannada cinema. But from the second day, its collection saw a slowdown. The film had earned only 37.65 crores on the second day. Many people expected the film's earnings to increase on the weekend, but it did not happen; 'Toxic' earned 25.15 crores on Saturday and 23 crores on Sunday. However, the film has crossed the 200 crore mark in India. At the same time, on the sixth day of release, i.e. the first Monday, there was a huge slowdown in its collection, even it was reduced to single digits.

According to the Early Trend Report of
• Secnilk, the film has earned only 7.45 crores on the sixth day of release i.e. the first Monday.
• With this, the total net collection of the film in India has so far gone up to 221.55 crores.

'Toxic'
Directed by Geetu Mohandas, 'Toxic' also stars Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Huma Qureshi, Rukmini Vasanth and Tara Sutaria in the lead roles.
